Well, my 21 ate a belt and broke the inner and outer cover. Got it all back together.all seems good. I am running aftermarket wheels and tires that are a bit heavier than stock, but not much. Same diameter. Is there a clutch kit, or spring change that would help get more belt life? Performance seems good. Just looking for a bit more durability. More belt grip? Also looking at installing a belt temp gauge. Any recommendation?

I was looking at the AA s3 with the high load helix. I have a heavier tire, same diameter, winch and bumper, glass windshield, rear window, aluminum doors, roof, stereo, cargo box with probably 60 pounds of gear. All the extra weight can’t be helping. I really don’t care if the machine slows down a bit on top speed. We rarely bust 70 mph anyways. Just looking at my options. Wife and I went for a ride yesterday, man I missed driving this thing. As always, any advice is appreciated!

I think this is a really good write up. May be helpful.

I've got the high load heliux, secondary springs, and retro fit primary (with adjustable weights) on my turbo S from AA, still on the stage 2 tune until I get a new wastegate. It was a night and day difference, rzr pulls hard no mater the speed. Engagement is a little higher then I like at 2100ish but I run dunes 95% time so it works great for me.
