My local dealer just told me that there is a stop sale order from Polaris due to a recall on the primary clutch. Anyone know anything more on this? Recall is for 2020+ XP Pro and all 2021 Turbo models.

Question to the group. I just put a down payment on a new 2020 Pro XP. Haven't taken delivery, cause of the stop sale order. Reading everyones comments. Not sure I want to take delivery now. I'm promised they will have the new clutch set up in two weeks. I've got Glamis trip all planed for Veterans day. Question: Would most of you back out of this deal or stay with this model?
Keep it. The recall affects very few actual units that will need the clutch replaced. My dealer service department said about 1 in 8 are failing inspection... including mine, dammit! But even so, it will be good to go after a new clutch is installed. If you read the recall notice, the affected clutches were failing only under extreme demands and loading.
