Posted previously about intercooler failure and Polaris replaced engine and a few other hard parts. Since repairs the clutch would howl and jerk into gear. Told the dealership they ordered shims for the secondary. Then on Sunday's ride there was a pop sound in the rear and a tug at the same time also a code is now present. spn 516122 fmi 17 and you can hear like metal in a blender noise coming from transmission. Right side CV axle is now loose and rubs on transmission case.

Anything new on this? My buddies 2019 turbo S dynamix 2 seat has the same. Code 516122 and 17. Pinged 1 time. Also appears that his axle has touched the trans case. Super weird.

The OEM bearings in these transmissions are junk..
