Just purchased a used very clean 2019 900s, has 1300 miles. Took on its maiden trail ride. Ran perfectly for 30 something miles. Then... just climbed a somewhat technical hill in low 4x4, got to the top and stopped waiting on my son to start down the hill in his side x side. Mine started to sputter and would not move. Killed it, started right up but still running rough and will not run, acts like its flooding when you give it the gas, and dies. Will start with some difficulty, have to give it some throttle, runs rough and will not move in any gear, try to give it throttle and sputters and spits and dies. Got it loaded on trailer and brought home. Disconnected the battery hoping it might reset the ECM, no go. Does not show any check engine lights or anything on dash.
Left it on the trailer in case I have to take to dealer.
Any thoughts before I haul her to the shop?

Check your plug and injector wires carefully. I had a small chafe at the end of an injector wire that you couldnt really see, was pretty much underneeth the protective coating. Took forever to figure out that little gremlin, but it was causing my 900s to sputter and die. Might not be your issue but easy enough to check

I have no way of checking pressure, so I went ahead and ordered a new pump. I too feel like that is the problem.

It was the fuel pump. Ordered the Alls Balls fuel pump, runs like a charm again. After got it running, I ordered a rebuild kit for the original pump and rebuilt it. Reboxed it and am keeping it in the tow vehicle, just in case we need to do a swap while out riding.

Yeah, I carry a spare pump happened 2 times manage to limp home never got stranded. I also carry a pressurize can of air for computer keyboards to blow the dust off around fuel pump nut.
