While replacing a blown belt I thought I'd replace the square pucks with the round ones so my question is > I run 30x10x14 carnivore tires Now but in the next 3 or 4 months I'm going to buy new 32x10x14 tires So Should I upgrade the spring in the secondary an if so to what ??
I do all kinds of riding as far as hills, mud, dirt, snow, here in southern Ohio.
Thanks !!

The best mod for larger tires is a shallower helix. This will clamp the belt harder when under load. This is the only time you will need more squeeze. Check out our oversized tire kits https://bikemanperformance.com/utv/polaris/rzr-1000/rzr-xp-1000-stage-2-clutch-kit.html

we also have the round rollers - https://bikemanperformance.com/roller-upgrade-for-16-up-rzr-ranger-boss-secondaries.html

When taking apart make sure you check where the square sliders slide. if it has worn into a concave shape it will mess with shifting.

Check out my post on clutching to know what each component does. Sponsored - HOW CVT CLUTCHES AND BELT REALLY WORK

You may want to step up the spring rate in your secondary . But I would wait and try the clutching with the new 32 inch tires first so you know what the effect on rpm really is. ... one thing at a time
