Dealers in my area told me they don't get the incentives on RZR that southern dealers do so they can't come close on price. They said they only get deals on Rangers in this region.

They were at 17,394 in February. Now, 16,394 with $1000 rebates in March! Just drove 6 hrs. And bought one Monday!

No fees, that is OTD. In Ohio I would pay sales tax when I got the title.

I had my new 900S for 2 months!! Had buyers remorse for a xp1000! I sold it for $14000 and went and bought xp1000 for little over 16,000!! Now I think I'm happy but don't have a mile in it yet[emoji15]!

 

So you finally managed to sell yours ah? lmao.. I gave up.. Just had too much into it to take such a hit. Didn't feel like stripping accessories and selling seperately and in the end was extremely happy with it anyways lol. That being said that price on the 1K at Abernathy is no joke!

just bought a red xp1k from battle creek powersports in jasper tn. they sold it to me for $16394 plus polaris is offering $300 off to all farm bureau members. $16,094 out the door. absolutly could not believe it.

 

I'm in NC and Jasper, TN is a heck of a lot closer than Union City, TN. Is that price you stated for a 2015 model? If so, who was your contact person at that dealership?

 

Dirt Bandit, you need to change your "My RZR" info, as it still shows your 900-S. I've been debating between the machine you just had, and the one you just got. Please get some drive time and tell me if I should just go with the 1000.

 

I tried to change my machine but it only lets me change my pic. How do you do it? I will get some seat time in and let you know, but for the price difference I already know it's a lot better machine! $16,394 is finally a REASONABLE price for the xp1000!

Its pretty sad that I can pay for fuel both ways from CA to TN, plus pay CA sales tax and its still cheaper by about 2750 to buy an XP4 1000 at Abernathys.

I drove from DFW to Abernathy's and back in one day to pick up my xp41k. 1300+mi and 21 hours but it ended up being around 4k cheaper than buying here local for MSRP+Tax+Title; well worth the trip!

 

How much did you spend in gas driving to and from?

 

36gal going and 65 coming back so right around 100 gallons of fuel and $250 at the time, would be cheaper now with current gas prices. Spent about $30 in fast food and caffeine as well.

 

Paid $20,600 OTD for a Highlander Edition this morning at Jones Off-Road, about 20 miles from my house (here in OK). Only $6 more than Abernathy's price and a MUCH shorter drive.

And the best part - I didn't have to use the "Abernathy's price" as a negotiating tool - that's just the price that they sell 'em at - all day, everyday!

I haven't been active on this forum long, but it still blows my mind to see people all over the country talking about two local dealers. Funny.

 

These are Super Great Prices on the 1000. I paid 17,383 last may for 2014. That same dealer sent me an email saying for March only I could get a 15 for 16,883.

I already have our race cars built so its too late for me to get something else now, but That email definitely made me wish I would have waited a couple more months. I sold my 14' xp1k for 16 a couple months back and decided to go with (2) xp900 cars... simply because the cheapest Prices i was getting then was 18,500. Yeah, 2000 would have swayed me towards running (2) 1000s this year.
