Unfortunately, NADA isn't realistic when it comes to private party sales on these machine, and they become outdated so fast, the used market just won't yield the value that NADA assigns. It a nice machine, and rare, but the desert edition label isn't overly sought after, and you can pick up a brand new Turbo for $17,500 from the right dealer. It does have some great add ons, but we all find out they never add the value to the selling price that you'd like them to.

I wish you the best of luck getting it off your hands, but just a heads up that you may be a bit to the high side of the price point.
