I have not and I don't recall seeing any other threads complaining of a noise that sounds like a loose cam chain. Hang in there though, someone may be along shortly that can help you.

are you hearing a "flutter/shutter" sound just above idle rpm on deceleration

 

I have a flutter when spooling up the motor once it's warm.

Just got mine back from being in the shop for 3 months. The lower connecting rod bearing went bad. Had to replace the whole crank (rod is factory pressed on with bearing), cylinder, piston & rings. Fortunately I bought the extended warranty which covered most of it.

Hopefully this is not the issue your having, but it started out as a subtle knocking noise that ultimately became catastrophic.

Dealer was real backed up, and extended warranty company made them jump through all sorts of hoops. Like all insurance companies they are great at taking your money quickly, but when the time come to pay out they will put up all sort of road blocks to try to not pay.

 

Early model 570 had what polaris called "connecting rods that failed to meet engineering specs" is all they said. I would do an oil sample and look in the oil filter for signs of bearing failure.
