Just wanted to know what you guys think if it's worth waiting for the 12's to come or just get an 11,I don't think there will be any engine changes maybe color changes, but just lookin for input.

I was in the same boat buy or wait. I got tired of being on the side line while everyone else was out riding, so I went and bought a 11 xp le. Plus I figured that I would not be able to get a 2012 until sept or oct and I sure and the hell didn't want to wait tht long.

Wht I have planned for the bike means new axles anyway.

There is NO XPs going for 11,500 new..just isn't happening..maybe he's talking regular RZRs or 1 used one, and even a used XP for 11,500 would be rare..maybe a wrecked one? Must be the one itsruf rolled end over end. You can find them out here on the right side of the country for less than 15 OTD...say 14500 or so and then maybe a grand to ship it, less maybe if you use UShip. So you could get into one for 15500 ish.[/QUOTE]

i agree and maybe he meant the rzrs. best quotes i'm getting are 17k otd here on the west coast for a 2011. what dealers back east are doing them for around 14500? i would rather pay the grand for shipping and then have 1500 left over for accesories, that would be awesome.

Offroad Powersports in Georgia has them for about the best price, was 14200 a few months ago,but they have been creeping up, last I checked they were advertising 14600 so i imagine they would tale 14500. There are several east coast dealers that will sell them for about the same...they just don't violate the advertised price policy like OPS does lol.

This all sounds completely relevant to the original question.....

Anyways, it's my opinion Polaris is falsely advertising no changes as a means to push remaining stock. It's ini their best interest to sell all of this years equipment before pushing next years down dealers throats.

I suspect they will have something new and spectacular like they do every year.

Right on! When I write an engineering change tomorrow as a matter of fact I have to address parts in stock, I have to give rework and that may be purge all stock and scrap/replace or rework @ a serial # to the new design for 2012's and I work w/my manufacturing engineer. I doubt popo can afford to do it but should but the cost eats them alive so we eat it! So it's hit and miss depending on serial #.

I highly doubt there will be a change to the xp. They haven't changed anything in previous years besides the front grill and downgraded the s. I do know they will be having a 4 seat xp, but no changes to the 2 seat xp. They may do a color change later in the year like they did for the other models this year but that's it.
