I have prob around 1700 to 1800 invested inc a clutch kit. Have to add 500 for new cp pistons. The turbo and intercooler i bought off ebay. I raced a 900 and he just barely beat me he is also running stock tires and im running 28 inch outlaws. Im happy very happy with the power @ 8psi and cant wait to run 12 with new pistons. The is also a fully snorkled turbo system that is going to be used in deep mud and water.

 

I have been thinking of adding more power to mine, but like you i spend some time in deep mud/water. Are you worried about the turbo being submerged in mud/water for extended periods? What about the the charge and intake tubing? are you worried about them?

 

Cool next rzr i have i want to build my own kit. Its not all that hard if you can fabricate parts and weld. Good job!

What are you using for an intake system?

 

Im running my intake and filter at top of cage with the rest of my snorkle system. And for running the turbo under water im not that worried ill avoid putting it under when its cherry hot but other then that it should be fine.

 

Nice, thinking of purchasing a setup form turbo specialities. what you guys think of alba and this kit. 2800 sounds like a good deal.

 

I bought a TSI kit from Alba. Nate is a great guy to deal with.

 

what did u do with mass air flow senser off the air box?

 

just an FYI your playing with fire at 12psi IMO.... the fire being the crank

 

all hp junkies play with fire thats the fun of it! Power adders = blown up motors

 

I have a used TSI kit I am going to sell, because its being replaced by and K and T system. Worked good at 6 to 7 psi for me. I just have to wait until I get home. I am AF deployed right now.

How are you getting enough fuel? Are the stock injectors pushing enough? Any lean spots wide open?

 

wondering the same as i plan on building a kit for my 800 here soon

was thinking of getting the attitude fuel controller plus 3rd injector if it was needed for low boost
