I installed my front bumper on my 2011 rzr today and i believe the frame is different from my 09. the tabs where the bumper mounts seems a little stouter. I think it still needs some bracing though. anyone have any thoughts on this.

they changed it a little and moved the voltage regulator back behind the radiator

nope, the same polaris pre-runner bumper i pulled off my 2010 is bolted on my 2011

The radiator brace is beefed up from 2010, but the location of the holes are the same. When I installed my Holz Racing prerunner bumper I had to make modifications to the bracket that you did not have to do the previous year models.

if you would, post some pics, im yet to see any modded 2011 rzr's....mine is still on order...im planning putting bumpers, rocker guards, winch, wheels and tires, bed extenders, windshield, roof, proarmor doors, and some small odds and ends, but really want to see what some of this stuff would look like on the 2011 models....thanks man

Thanks! It's the Polaris roof I bought it from the dealer as I needed something to protect me from the desert sun, until I eventually replace the roll cage.

Yah the latches wouldn't deter me from making the purchase. They stay shut and have plenty of latch to hold in place. I guess the new latch would be nice if you like to close the door with only one hand. Other then that I don't see any significant advantage if the door stays closed.

i thought so, i couldnt remember exactly what my 09 bumper brackets looked like. maybe wont need a brace, i remember on my 09 i could pull the bumper back and forth and see the brackets move. the 11 brackets seem alot stronger.
