Glad things are working well for you Gun. But for me I consider clearance to be minimum clearance, in this case measured at the center of the vehicle, and I've measured others on the showroom floor with the same results. I do measure 12 something inches at the very front, but that's not what matters to me. Yes, I checked, my shocks were setup at the exact measurements in the manual. I added over 2 inches additional (way too much) preload (on the stock springs) to get my clearance measurement to 12.5 but the ride and handling were terrible as you might expect. Maybe I'm just plagued with bad luck but I have the racertech lift too (you know, the one guaranteed not to create cv issues) and guess, what? I have too much droop in the rear and now I have cv bind. They're quite responsive tho and sending me limit straps to make it useable. Andy says the boots can be so tight that they and the grease do not allow the cv to fully extend. Hmmmm.

Even with the lift and Steve's springs I'll only be somewhere in the 11.5 inch range but Steve has given me the wisdom to no longer obsess over ride height. The clearance issue is now more of a principle thing. False advertisement if you ask me. Hell everything else is peachy keen so I should quit bitching! Thx for allowing me to vent.

What is a good discount on purepolaris add ons? Dealer told me 10% off the day I purchase the '11....is that good, or should be better?

Also, can you install a 4 or 5 point seat belts on the stock '11 S-LE seats?

Thanks for the info!

10 percent off is what my dealer gives me, you can usually do a bit better online. I got a 25 off 100 dollar purchase coupon in the mail from polaris a couple of weeks after the sale so you might want to wait for that.

I have 4 pt on my stock seats.
