It looks like the 2010 RZR and RZR-S will still be using a "engine" but the same "engine" as 2009 I bet it still will use the same starter "motor" to start the "engine" too..

no new motor as far as I'm told. Mine is on order and I'm being told I will have delivery of my 2010 on July 22.

Makes me feel real good about my May 2009 purchase of my new RZR. Thought about waiting, but the deal was to good to pass on. I likely would have got pissed at myself if they made to many more changes than that. My buddies would have 1-uped me with a 2010 with 850cc's and laghed in my face about it. Real friends, ya know.

I am very new to this web site, because I have been shopping for a RZR for the past 2 weeks I joined to learn more about them. I pulled the trigger and bought a RZR LE (stealth black) which the dealer was supposed to take delivery on last week and it never came in. Then I was told it would be this week, today he called and said it is not coming and told me he can ship one in from another dealer or I can wait for the 2010. Take it for what it is worth, I'm just passing on info as it was told to me. Mean while as I have been waiting for this thing to show up I been reading on the forum how the new RZR's are going to be released by the end of the month. I called the dealer and expressed my concern that the 2010 will be bigger, better, etc... and if it is a matter of waiting an extra 2-3 weeks I'd rather do that. I'd rather have the black, but I was told I can have the Silver 2010 LE at the end of next week so I decided to go that route. Just telling you guys what I was told, if this is true I will have pictures of it to post next week, if it is not true my dealer has some explaining to do. I will keep you all posted.

 

how does he get his july 22, thats the date they are released at the dealer show. my dealer isnt getting them till like sept, octoberish. hes getting it the same day the dealers get to see what it looks like. crazy man

 

To be honest I'm kinda excited to see what they do... I really want to see the 850 in there, fat chance thou huh?

We will find out shortly but dam it feels like a long time we have been waiting for official news. I am similar to alot of other members that have spent big $$$ on aftermarket mods that dont produce that much HP but add $$$ up really quick. If they did put a new engine or modify the existing one to produce more HP I would be a little irritated, but I know if not this year next year. At least that gives me time to get my finances in line for a second RZR.

There is no proof of the 4 seater. Polaris has sure done a good job keeping their 2010 release a secret.

 

They are good at keeping everything a secret...look at how many people were shocked with the release of the RZR-S last year.

 

I would be surprised to see a 4 seater!! I think we will see and 850rzr before a 4seater...I think!! lol

I was going thru angst at this time last year. I was ready to pull the trigger on a rzr. Do I get a 2008 or wait for the 2009? I watched all the forums until I got confirmation on the changes; heel pocket, etc. I ordered my 2009 while my dealer was at the show. It took a 3 week wait but I'm glad I specified the 2009.
You guys that are on pins and needles, I feel your pain. I've got too much invested to upgrade now. If they dump a bigger engine in the 2010, I may give my wife my old one.

The 4 seater is coming. I talked to fella that has already driven one, but that was just between us so dont tell anybody.

 

What about ADC? I'm in the middle of a deal with a dealer for a red 09 1/2 windshield,3500 winch, ITP 26" mud lite XL's on ss212's, bimi top, and a 5 yr extended warr for 12,500 and the only regrets I would have is if the 2010 had better color choices and the ADC option.

 

cant hurt to wait another day or so... But that doesn't sound like a bad deal.

I dont know where your dealer got info on a 2010 Silver L.E. I'm a dealer and there is nothing givin to us about a 2010 with LED Taillights etc. or pricing on said unit. Might want to make sure your dealer isn't just selling you an '09 with S plastics on it. I cant imagine a dealer selling a 2010 unit for 10499, especially an L.E. that in 2009 had an MSRP of 11,399. Maybe I have just been left in the dark, but just be careful.

 

Aren't LE's mid season releases to boost spring summer sales? Seems like that has been the trend over the past few years. I like the red just was hoping for something different so i didn't look like every other red one. Without the $$$ for new plastic.

 

Go to Official Global Website For Polaris ATVs, RANGER Vehicles, Snowmobiles, & Victory Motorcycles they have the 2010 info on the site now. Pearl White S looks pretty cool.
