Does it crank normally and not start, does it crank slowly and not start, does it start to crank and stop cranking and not start, does it click and not crank and not start? Need more information.

 

It clicks and you hear the engine try and crank and stop
And it seems like a slow crank

 

That does sound like a bad battery and if it has not been run for a while the battery may be sulphated, so I would start with a new battery or at least try charging the old one and try starting again.

 

This actually is a brand new battery just bought at the store thinking that

 

Did you put the new battery on the charger overnight before you installed it in your RZR and tried to start it? If not, do it! If, after your new battery is fully charged, your RZR still doesn't spin-over rapidly, you just may have a starter problem, i.e., it's "dragging". If it's turning-over rapidly and still won't start, check the fuel-pump pressure and the spark-plugs. Next, would be a compression-check.

OK, I am going to assume that you are saying it starts to "crank" or spin the engine over, but then the starter begins to bog down, like you are trying to start a V-8 engine?
Lets stay away from the fuel pump suggestions for now, because that is an entirely different set of conditions.
The first thing that comes to my mind, is that the front needle bearing in the starter motor has failed, and because of that, your starter armature is now dragging on the magnets. It acts like you have a nearly dead battery.
Again, assuming that you can go ride, with all of the draw on the battery like fuel pump, tail lights ecu etc, the battery is likely OK. You really need to check some of this stuff close to home. Make certain that your battery is holding at least 12.4 volts with the engine off. It should climb to about 13.8 volts with the engine running above 2500 rpm
Get back to us for further diagnostics.

 

x2 make shur the battery is charged they dont come charged you add the acid and then charge but now if its a amg it should be charged

 

AGM batteries do come with a charge, but if you had to add the electrolyte from a bottle, then it needs at least a 4 hour charge, 8 would be better.
Lets try to eliminate all the easy stuff before you start throwing parts at it.

El Dandi, Barizo! Enjoying a warm spring afternoon. RZR is prepped and loaded. Gonna go knock off 50 miles tomorrow. Then get home in time for a much talked about tornado outbreak. And trying to get this guy's RZR back on the trails.

 

Still sounds like a battery to me. I agree with the previous post, charge it and try again BEFORE spending more money. I agree also with the "it doesn't sound like a fuel pump problem to me. May also be a battery connection problem, a loose connection will cause similar problems.

 

Hey guys charged the battery all the way up and in about 30-45 minutes of running it the Needle starts flashing and the Battery light starts flashing for another 10-15 minutes then the rzr doesn't want to move and dies.

Hooked up a volt meter to the battery while running and I don't see it charging at all just slowly declines and dies.
