Somewhat new to the RZR scene, I have a couple Teryx's and just bought a 2009 Rzr s 800. 1200 miles clean utv. Put about 50-100 miles on it since i bought it. Havnt done any real hill climbing or mudding just normal trail riding. Last night i noticed a slight squeal and it wouldnt shift while running. I had to shut it off to change gears and it would run but squeal at idle. Ive taken the Teryx clutches apart many times and somewhat familiar with the RZR clutch. Secondary is hard to turn by hand as well just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. Havnt pulled the belt off yet or the clutches, Thanks

I was hoping Pirate or Todd at hunterworks will chime in on this issue,todd has helped out in the past on my Teryx and I know pirate has a good track record on here lol

It does sound like the one way bearing gone bad.
You will need come tools to get it apart and the bearing.
As soon as I can get them, we will be providing these bearings. Long story I cant tell all yet. But soon we will have these.
Until then, you will go to the dealer to get one.
We have the tools and info if you need it.
