Gas gauges are highly overrated, I mean, where's your sense of adventure ???
There is no setting, it either works or it doesn't.. Buying cheap parts could be a answer, is it a Polaris branded sending unit ?? Or is it Amazon or Ebay.. Most stuff from those outlets are cheap Chinese junk..

New Polaris the last time. Exact numbers on it as cheap one. I guess I will get a cheap one if I am going to replace every 2 years lol. Thanks for the reply.
