Actually, the garage is 11'6".

yep depends on what you like for a garage.
Saw various Work and Play floor plans catering to various needs.
Guessing his garage floor is rated for a full size car.
Ave haulers the floor is 2500# or so.
guessing #7800.
My 403hp 6.2L couldn't pull those.

floors are one thing but ramp is another.
The WnP have ramps rated high too. Can easily handle a car. Hidden value.
Some enclosed haulers you better be careful.
My ramp is higher duty than the floor.
tractor there is #2500 or so. both axles are on the ramp at the same time.
But the floor is at its limit.
Because of my tow vehicle I had to settle for a paper mache hauler.
