Motor has run a little rough with choppy idle lately. Yesterday it really got worse, and sometimes stalled at idle. Runs good at high RPM, if you can get it there. 0520230/EPS Comm code popped up. Flashed back to stock tune, disconnected tuner, and pulled off battery power with no change. Going to clean/grease every connector I can find, and check fuses today. Anyone else have this issue?

So, except for the 80 mile round trip drive to get contact cleaner and dielectric grease, that was easy.

Started the machine, and same, horrible choppy idle as yesterday. Cleaned up fuses, EPS connectors, and underhood diag plug. Started engine after each component was addressed, and no change.

Moved back to rear of machine, cleaned up speed sensor, restarted, and that seemed to be it. Drastic change. Idle was solid, and smooth.

Continued on and cleaned out all engine connectors under rear access panel, and ECM connectors behind DS seat.

Quick test drive, and it feels/sounds great! Like new again. Gotta be happy when it's the simple things.

Use your monkey fingers to get to the speed sensor. It's just above/behind PS rear axle.
