Back when I bought my rzr somebody had informed of an issue these have with over heating. There were many different things I’ve heard of since then that you can do to help keep the temps lower! Unfortunately my last two trips to sand mountain I’ve experienced my temps getting up to about 230-235 and it shows the temperature light and pretty much shuts down, or pulls all power out of the rzr, to prevent further damage to the motor I’m assuming. Has anybody experienced the dreaded 2016 rzr overheating issue and if so what was your fix? I’ve heard of spacer for the intercooler in front of the radiator. Or having it tuned to have the fan kick on sooner. Anything else people have done?
