First thing to do is trot down to the local Autozone or O'Reilly's and borrow/rent a fuel pressure gauge. From the manual:

An electric fuel pump assembly is used to transfer fuel to the EFI
system from inside the fuel tank. This assembly includes the fuel
pump, fuel filters, regulator and fuel gauge sender. The pump is
rated for a minimum output of 25 liters per hour at 39 psi and has
two non-serviceable fuel filters.

The tank is located under the passenger seat and the pump, filters and regulator is in the top of the tank. If the pump is bad, trot down to AutoZone or O'Reilly's and buy an Airtex pump for a 80's Jeep. I thing the number is 8335. There is a video by Johnnycat8 on here on how to change it. If it's not the pump, check back.
