Hey everyone, I have an 08 RZR with BMP exhaust, Dynatek fuel contoller and K&N air filter. Just put a new OEM crank in it and I don't know if I bumped the TPS while installing the engine or what, but now it will not run past about 2500 RPM. It starts fine, fluctuates RPM at idle and backfires. I have tried adjusting using a voltmeter and the .528 base and .735 idle. Re-adjusted TPS twice, same results both times. I've already checked wiring on T-Bap, crank position sensor, checked fuses, grounds, di-electric greased everything and have 36-37 psi fuel pressure. It had diagnostic code 27 when I checked, but I kinda figured that. So, I guess my question is, is there a trick to properly adjusting the TPS? Don't really know what direction to go. Thanks in advance.
