I cant find out from anybody including the local Cal dealers if the 2018-19 RZR 1000 EPS is Red or Green sticker.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a California version of the 2019 RZR, which can get the Green Sticker. California version has same smog eqpt as the 49-state version, plus it has an evaporation system. See the link below as to when it is denoted as a Red Sticker.

Hi
Thanks for the quick answer, I did see that on the Ca web page but I cant make out how to interpret it.

"If your OHV has a "3" or "C" in the eighth position"

My VIN starts with a "3" but it does not have a "3" or a "C" in the eighth position of the VIN.
I'm not sure if the "3" as the first number makes it a Red Sticker.

The number/letter in the first position has nothing to do with anything. The only one that matters is the number/letter in the 8th position. If it's a '3' or a 'C', you're red sticker; if it's anything else, you're green sticker.

Quoted directly from the page linked above (emphasis added for clarity):
Red stickers are issued to 2003 year model and newer OHVs that are not certified to California OHV emission standards. If your OHV has a "3" or "C" in the eighth position of the vehicle identification number (VIN) then your vehicle will be issued a red sticker. Red stickers are issued to OHVs that can use California OHV riding areas for seasonal use only.
