Re: What belt?

What belt is a loaded question that gets tons of debates, here at Hunterworks we have our own belts made, just at 9000 belts in a year and our turbo belt is the most reliable of the main belts.

Re: What belt?

I think he said that because of what I said

What belt is a loaded question that gets tons of debates,

This debate is only second to what oil is best. LOL

I can tell you what belt is the number one selling RZR belt by the company that makes ours and others including the OEM the Hunterworks belt. That 9000 belts is 99% RZR with the yamaha and can am making up the 1% why? Cause yamaha don't need belts and the folks in can am world don't know us like the polaris world.

Re: What belt?

Here part of why I say Worlds Best Belt...

- 3rd Generation heavy-duty, high-twist Aramid Fiber cord for HIGH HORSEPOWER TENSILE LOAD requirements. Making it the strongest belt on the market, surpassing even our Bad Ass Belt and Sand Storm lines.

- Highest shock load rating to date being able to withstand the power of the 400hp machines.

- Increased top cog pressure load design that increases sidewall rigidity, prevents top cog bowing, but still allows for increased rotational flexibility.

-Bottom cog uses HIGH MODULUS RUBBER COMPOUND (BZX1) for better heat resistance and heat dissipation.

-Bottom cog is impregnated with short Aramid Fibers for better belt-to-sheave adhesion and reduced overall belt temperature.

-Latest bottom cog design for greater rotational efficiency at full shift.

-Precision ground sidewall angle (SCUFFING) for smooth engagement, increased power transfer and lower operating belt temperature.

-Aramid Fiber cord, versus polyester, wraps over bottom cogs for increased bottom cog strength.
Increased cord pop-out resistance.

Re: What belt?

I run Hunterworks belts, they work great with the hp I make and hold up to repeated launching at the sand drags. I've (knocks on wood) never broken one of those belts.
