Best kit

I've bent a radius rod twice and just noticed a slight bend in a front a-arm. Who makes good suspension components that I can't bend every time I sneeze? I know ORB has a nice kit complete with trailing arms. But also looks like they add on a lot of $$$ for every option you need. Is the full kit with new trailing arms worth it? Thanks for the suggestions.

I'm running Special Carrier's rear radius rods. Pretty good stuff! I just replace stuff I bend along the way. No need to buy everything at once. Just my .02.

Re: Best kit

Want to never bend an arm again? Install the HCR high clearance links and weld on rear plate..

In my opinion, Special Carriers is the best choice here. These guys are super cool. They use only the very best American made materials and their products are tuff, and look great.
southern likes this.

Re: Best kit

Nitro racing products has some nice radius rods. I bought his kit with tie rods and everything is very stout. All machined aluminum (6061 I believe) Check them out on fb. Price is very competitive. I paid 425 shipped for color matched rear upper and lower high clearance radius rods and the front tie rods. Excellent customer service also. Lots of good options out there that's for sure.

Re: Best kit

Rtpro has some great suspension components. Arms are made of 4130 and can take some serious abuse.

Re: Best kit

Gonna make some calls tomorrow. Snagged a tree yesterday and now the slightly bent A-arm is really bent and I've got an out of state trip in two weeks. Ugh!

If you don't want to weld and also want to use the radius rods you already own, Thunderhawk offers a bolt-on double-shear mount. We have been making these since 2010 (for the XP900), and have them available for most XP 1000's and XP Turbo's.

Here's the links to these parts on our website:
2014 - 2015 RZR XP 1000 Double Shear Plate
2016 & newer RZR XP 1000 & XP Turbo Double Shear Plate

Thanks,
Harry

Re: Best kit

Anyone have a better way to contact ORB? I wanted to talk to them about their products also, but they don't answer the phone or respond to e-mails. And I don't have time to mess around. Thanks!
