Aftermarket ecm

Has anyone fitted an aftermarket, standalone ecm to the polaris, is it simple enough to wire in without loosing other functions of the stock ecm?

All help appreciated over here in Blighty.

I have a stand alone in my XPT. Mark Queen at Queen Racing in Havasu did the work. I don't know the details of the install so I can't help with that but, I can say that with my stock ECM flashed to the max at 19-21 psi it made 142 to the tire. Stock was 106 hp. With the new stand alone in the car it now makes 186 to the tire on 17 lbs of boost. Completely different car! Smoother, quicker response, doesn't flatten out on the top either. This was coupled with an STM clutch as well since the stock unit was completely inadequate at these levels. I can't say how this compares to any other stand alone computer options but I do know that Mark has is dialed in with his own software and tunes. Keep in mind that his shop had over 32 world championships in its stable of race teams that he tunes for. In my experience it really shows in my car, before and after. If you want any detailed questions answered I would call Mark Queen in Lake Havasu.
