Letís see pics of your winch setup.

Not sure if I want to squeeze a winch in top the diff. Iíve heard they get really hot. They donít fit really well and if youíre stuck itís not really ideal to get to the lever.

I mounted mine over the front diff. I'm not a mudder so I don't really worry about accessing the controls.

What winch did you find to fit on top of the diff? Who's bumper is that? Could the winch be used without the bumper? I like that set up better than the front mount. I also have heard you need to make some adjustments with radiator brackets, is that true? Thanks! nice ride.

The winch is the Polaris 4500 quick retrieve. The Bumper is from Assault, same with the grille and tow hook. I found aftermarket amber lights to fit in the prescribed hole.

The winch will fit. It has to go in reverse. Meaning the control (Low / Neutral / High) knob is on the passenger side and the winch rope feeds from the bottom of the winch. It's a tight fit but fits. I pulled the winch mount plate off the RZR, attached it to the winch and the fit it all in at once and then secured to RZR.

Great pictures. That's sealed the deal for me.
Shawn, I forgot to mention that the fair-lead was not included. You would have to purchase that separately. The one pictured is a HMF IQ Hawse - 6" Hole Spacing (part #: 323886910588). You do not have to get that particular fair-lead (it was $50)..........any 6" spaced fair-lead will work.
