Usa 2019 Turbo S excess heat in cab

I don't know if anyone else has noticed that while riding my Turbo S there seems to be a lot of heat in the cab. the ride command screen, the floor board and just about everywhere on the front wall of the cab. for the cost of the thing and previous heat issues in older models this should have been addressed.

Gotta get the Wolfsnout kit for the RZR to knock out that heat. It is a series of shaped pieces of special insulating foam that you insert in key locations throughout the cab and it does a tremendous job of helping cut down the heat! I did it and whew it helped a ton.

Got mine over the weekend and have begun the installation. The price is certainly right. Only $59. Would hate to try to figure all of that out myself! Well thought out.

www.wolfsnout.net

Just navigate to the UTV kit. They have a couple of options, but I just got the front kit for the 2-seater even though I have the 4. The only difference between the two are the 4-seater one has insulated cup holder inserts for the rears as well as fronts.

A stainless steel Yeti cup left in the cup holder for a while = very unpleasant to hold.

I am going to order the Wolfsnout kit to cut my cab heat down.

Agreed, but it is a testament to the power of a Yeti, as the "innards" stay icy cold. : )

Yes. I was very surprised that the liquid never gets the least bit hot.

Maybe I should cover my firewall in Yeti cups.

Re: 2019 Turbo S excess heat in cab

The true fix is relocation the radiators to your bed. You have 4 aluminum radiator lines running through that tunnel carrying very hot coolant. Any insulation only works to an extent.

Re: 2019 Turbo S excess heat in cab

I have had the complete wolfsnout cab cooler kit in my last two machines. The one I have in the Turbo S has the back firewall piece and it helps a ton with heat and noise in the cab from the engine. The tunnel is where 90% of the heat comes in the cab. Once you install the wolfsnout pieces your cup holders won't even get hot. The cab cooler kit makes a huge difference in how much heat you feel in the cab.
