Clutch cover bushing at 1000 miles 2018 turbo 4

This is definitely a shitty thing to have to replace at this low of miles pic shows bushing pushing out I replaced with slp billet cover with heavy duty bushing

Green Loctite and a different bushing seems to be polaris's fix, that's what they did on mine anyway. The new Turbo S service manual even references Loctite 620 when reinstalling I do believe.

that sucks, these clutches should be built like a brick I learned my lesson with my 17 assault I had to redo that also after 750 miles because clutch was crapped out I’ve been watching this clutch for signs as soon as rpms started dropping off I started looking for clues I found paint wore off on primary where it was rubbing and binding also I’ll add pics of the new cover after work tomorrow I was so excited I forgot to take pics lol

Your fortunate to have got that many miles out of it.
Been seeing many XPT's come through my shop with less than 500 miles and the race out much farther than yours and worse-taking the entire cover with it.
