Technical question

I am a ew member and a new Polaris owner. I have a 2016 RZR 900 trail and just added a 2 inch Highlifter in hopes of getting bigger tires and rims. The existing tires I have are stock and are: 26.8.12 front and 26.9.12 rear. My question is avoiding any additional changes, what would be the most appropriate rims and tires that I can put on this Polaris to increase width and stability, and a little better look. Again, I am a novice and a new owner and don't know much technical jargons. Please help in plain English, lol. Thanks,

Re: Technical question

Find a set of xp1000 oem takes offs and some 1.5" billet spacers. Will give you a little more width and 29" tires.

Re: Technical question

Most after market wheels are 4/3 offset, which should push you out about 2 inches wider all around. This will put you around 63-64 inches(they say these are 60 wide stock, but most are about 61.5), which isn't getting so crazy wide that you can't get around, but still is a bit wider. When I went with new wheels I went square, meaning the same size front and rear, which is nice for rotating.

Your probably going to want to go at least a tad taller if you go with a wider wheel other wise it might look a bit weird. I do feel the rzr is already fairly stable, they seem tippy at first, but once you figure it out, they don't tip that easily, but I have different springs now.
