East Coast Trail Riding Clutch Set-Up???

What's the best clutch set-up for east coast (Brimstone, Windrock, HM) trail riding with 30" tires on the S 1000???

Any opinions???

Re: East Coast Trail Riding Clutch Set-Up???

I have run stock, dalton, and now i'm running the duraclutch. The duraclutch has been great and is a vast improvement over over the others. The Dalton was good but I love how the duraclutch lets me start off smooth just off idle and creep along through the rocks and washouts. Just offers so much more control. And the engine brake means I hardly ever use my brakes anymore.

It's basically like a Yamaha clutch setup. Best in the business if you ask me.

The High Lifter Editions are holding up really well though.

The Dalton kit worked great also, it was fine for 95% of what I did.

Dalton doesn't list a kit for the S 1000 on their website...only the XP1K...

I'm curious too. Seems nobody is doing a reputable clutch for the 1000 S yet. I'm ordering 30s soon, so hopefully it won't be too bad. Just glad I ended up with the 1000 in lieu of the 900.
