Stock exhaust on built motor?

I have a 2015 900 that has cams, forged rods, high compression pistons and a BMP tune. It currently has the BMP full exhaust but itís loud enough that talking to my 10 yr old daughter while riding is all but impossible with helmets on. I have the quiet cap and spark arrestor installed already so itís as quiet as itís going to get.

I know Iíd have to retune to put a stock system back on as well as lose some performance but other than that am I looking at other issues?
