Re: Lower half doors

I have the Axiom lower doors. They work well and include a better hinge bolt and the triangle piece behind the door. Very pleased.

Re: Lower half doors

UTV Giant makes a great lower. I have the Wider 'S' doors on my trail with the UTV Giant lowers and they work great. Nice fitment and seal. Great price point too.

Re: Lower half doors

I didn't need to--the rubber seal is slit so you have a tight fit of it over the edge of the lower door to form the gasket. It has stayed on good for me so far abt 1000 miles. I pinched it between the pieces of the lower door where I could on the ends when screwing the pieces together. but the actual channel in the seal is tight has to be worked on around the edge of the door and then trimmed to length. It works good for me. it was cold when I did my doors and had to work it a little bit to get it on but if it had been warmer it would have been easier---once u see the seal you will understand what I'm talking about. The doors really keep the crap out of the cockpit from the trail for me.
Enjoy them.

Just remove the factory plastic and bolt this door skin to your stock door frame!

Fully powder coated with no visible hardware from the outside for a smooth, clean finish.

Made in the USA and FREE shipping in the continental US!

Those look great. But I have to ask, why do they cost so much. Half doors run less than $100. If they included new frames etc I would understand the extra cost such as the classic pro-armor doors. but this is just a skin, a sheet of aluminum about 40% larger than the lower doors. @200-250 I would probably bite.

Those are nice looking doors.. but I live in canada so add at least another 20% on the price plus the shipping.. way out of my price range

Re: Lower half doors

If you want door bags then go with the Polaris. We did not at first then found it almost impossible to add door bags. Cost us $100 to find that out. Have a set of UTV Giant doors to sell cheap.
