I love my low profile rock sliders except they hold dirt bad if you dont take off and clean every so often
I like them too and will no doubt have that issue also. I have to find that post someone put up about replacing the bolts with ones that you can easily put on and off.
These: https://www.houser-racing.com/Tree-B...kit-073001.htm

I lost my right side nerf bar 2x before switching to these bolts. Solid as a rock now.
so themwill work on the low pros. Also ? It looks like it would

I had to replace the bolts on my low pros and to replace them they cost 60 cdn!!! WTF would love a DIY solution. Next time you have those low pros off hit that Polaris sticker with some WD40 and some heat to remove it

Still a work in progress but here’s what I’ve got thus far on my 2018 RZR 900 Trail: MSA 14 inch wheels (4+3), 27” Tusk Terribites, 30” light bar, Tusk side mirrors, Polaris Rearview mirror, Polaris Poly roof, Polaris roof pack for in cab overhead storage, Polaris half windshield, Pro Armor 4 point harnesses, Polaris Rear screen and a Rigid toolbox mounted in the bed that can easily be removed. I have a set of S flares to go on it as well, I need to get a winch added and a spare tire carrier as well. I’m still debating on full Pro Armor Doors or UTV Giant full doors, anyone with any input in this please share, I’m not worried about the 50” restrictions here in Pa as most of our state trail systems are now good with the larger 60” machines.

Looks good buddy. I'm thinking about that tire/rim set-up for mine. Have fun on your maiden voyage tomorrow.

Thanks Mike, Too much snow up in the mountains so we went to the Spokane ORV park. Wife drove for the first time and discovered she liked taking it thru mudholes.... That tire-wheel setup works great. We've got a whole bunch of 50" trails in northern Idaho and western MT so gotta keep it as close to stock as possible. With the 6-1 offset it keeps the width around 51". Stock was around 51-1/2".

Added a bigger power distribution block under the hood. The 3 lug that came on it was getting full. Added a 12 lug Ground a 12 lug Power and now I use the 3 lug for key on power. I used a jumper between 2 of the post for now and can jump to the third if needed.

- Chupacabra Offroad Side mirrors - moved them around some and liked them up high out of the normal line of sight.

Also lubed rear bearings, check direct drive fluid, and cleaned up some rusty spots. Plus cleaned the spark arrestor which was so clogged I am surprised the thing ran.

Also made a spare belt holder by combining one each of these:

Do you have a pic of the belt holder and where you placed it? Seems like a good idea.

Here are some pics of the setup - one with just the bracket I made and one with the belt in the bracket (in a inexpensive waterproof bag I picked up at Walmart for $4.)

Re: What did you do to your 900 trail today

This past weekend I also:
- Shortened the wiring harness for the lightbar - I had too much excess wire zip tied under the hood. Cut, stripped, twisted, soldered, and heat shrinked (individual wires and then the another heat shrink over it all.)
- Installed a Noa Store parking brake from Amazon (https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01CMTB8...v_ov_lig_dp_it) Found I did not need the locking nut on the bolt that presses against the brake arm - it was fine with the just the bolt in the end of the plunger.
- Installed Beamtech LED headlight bulbs. Worked great - only needed to change the alignment on the drivers side. The white light color matches the lightbar (no more yellow halogen.)

I should be set with upgrades for the time being. Probably add a gun rack once I figure out what configuration I want.

Selling suspension parts off 2019 RZR 900 Trail. Upper and Lower A arms front and rear. Axles front and rear both sides. Factory shocks all 4. Front and rear sway bars. Steering shaft. Factory full skid plate. All parts have less than 150 miles on them and they are easy miles. Located in PA. Would love someone to make me a decent offer for all the parts.
