Still have ours. It takes us up just about any trail a bigger/new rig would take us. No shame in pulling the cable to get over somethin'. Knock on wood, no mechanical problems. Just a few driver induced, cosmetic issues that were easily fixed: son rolled us over on right side once, ripped the left rear fender flare off going up T21 @ Windrock, and knocked the bolt head off right front a-arm guard going up T16. Latter two were easy fixes and we didn't worry about the scuffs from the roll over. Santa might bring some new wheels/tires though
Oem pinion nut in the rear diff have been know to come loose causing the rear diff to blow a hole in it. Expensive to replace but the pinion nut mod is fairly easy to do
Did my wifes last year, hers was still tight but there are alot of people that did the mod just in time. Several were finger tight some less that 20 ftlb of torque. That nut get 280ftlb of torque

I still use my 2008 800 if we plan to do tight 50 inch trails. Never sell it, setup with a snowblower. Upgraded to a maverick max a while ago, needed a family machine. I love the power but can be a pain. Need more trip planning and some corners are impossible with extra length. Basically on some trails I miss my piece of crap 800! Lol
Near as I can tell, working with Pullerguy on RZR 800 rear diffs...and seeing the VIN numbers on the machines we have done...I figure there are some 430,000 RZR 800 machines out there in various configurations...so there are still a lot out there!!!
Still rollin in mine, 2013 800s blue fire: but have it up for sale if people bite. I did the pinion nut (among a ton of other stuff). If you need a tool I made my own, Richmond VA.
I sold my 800 rzr to my brother earlier this year and bought a 900 rzr... last month my brother die and I got my 800 rzr back again now my 900 is for sale but I'm keeping the 800 cause it does as much if not more then that 900 rzr
Absolutely love our "Baby Bear"! 2009 800. Bought it with a mild lift and some armor 3 years ago. We've only added some wrench time and "lipstick" (like rearview mirrors and 4pt harnesses).
This is my default vehicle for checking my trailsoffroad.com trails for snow and downed trees.
Yes, 2013 S. Turbo'd it years ago. Now have over 7,000 miles on it. Don't see many around anymore. I've since supplemented it with a 2019 Turbo 4-seater.
Was rocking my 13 800s until just this past week. Was the only one in my group to not have an XP but it didn’t really bother me at all. I loved that machine. 4000 miles and never let me down. Been to Moab a few times, British Colombia a couple time. I live in Roland Manitoba Canada so that’s quite a drive. Gonna miss it but I think my replacement should be ok too! 2018 XPT Velocity Blue
