The rev limiter stock is set at 6500 rpm. The Power Commander can extend the limiter but you have to get a special code from Dynojet to do it. It's not recommended that you go over that limit as the crank can't handle it. To get your revs down and your mph up you need to be looking at your clutching.

You are going to need heavier fly-weights to bring the rpm down. Check and see what you have installed in the primary clutch and go from there. For every gram of weight is 100-150 rpms. Most target peak rpms at 6200-6300. Whoever installed the turbo may have already installed a clutch kit so check what you have first.
