Question 2015 Wheel Bearings

I was reading here that for some RZR's you can get a greaser specific to RZR wheel bearings that will help them last. They were also saying that RZR's are shipped with minimal grease the the wheel bearings. I don't remember what size RZR the greaser were for, maybe 800's. My question is, do they make one for our 570's? I haven't looked into it to see what design our bearings are yet. I'm assuming from the fact that there is a greaser for some others that there must be openings in the middle of the inner race to pressurize grease through? Would just like to keep from replacing when I can.

Thanks!

Matt

Re: 2015 Wheel Bearings

MACHINED INTEGRATIONS makes a set for the 570's. Not sure how to make a link you need the RZR 570 EFI UTV product. $75 comes with two greasers one front & one rear. You due have to release the hubs to remove the axle shafts from the hub, less than 2 hours to completely grease all 4 bearings.

2013 570 LE, 26" Kendra HTRs, Bandit 46 Sport shocks, Desert Molding Concepts Suspension Seat Brackets, Polaris 4500 lb winch, Trail Armor doors, CB roof, F&R windshields, Heater Craft heater, custom side windows, turn signals, 2 custom gun mounts, Tusk skid plate, 20" light bar, Dalton Clutch Kit, & lots of other goodies!!!

Just found this when looking at Youtube videos. It doesn't mention ours as needing two of them?

Re: 2015 Wheel Bearings

Holy it is then.

I would think that the 40 mm would work on the 44 bearing also? That's only 2mm per side. They should put an o-ring groove in and you could just add a couple o-rings then for the 44 and take them out for the 40.

Re: 2015 Wheel Bearings

Yeah, maybe a tiny bit in the 2mm gap between the main groove and the o-rings, but that wouldn't be much I would think. I assume that since there's no o-rings in the Holy that it must be a very close fit to the bearing so that it doesn't let the grease out between the greaser and the inner race? Does anyone ever have trouble getting the greaser in the races?

Re: 2015 Wheel Bearings

Using an o ring would be very messy. I have both greasers. Believe me spend the extra $40. They are well worth it. Your bearings will thank you.
