Exclamation California - 1 MILLION MORE Acres of "Wilderness""

Feinstein Introducing Legislation to Close 1 Million Acres

The protected areas would encompass 1 million acres containing wildlife, extinct volcanoes, sand dunes and ancient petroglyphs. The senator says the bill could be enacted in late 2010.

Yeah that's great! Feinstein and her buddy Barbara Boxer already are responsible for closing down all of my old hunting grounds in the desert. Why not shut off even more. Unbelievable.

Lets look at the bright side when its all close down. Like when they closed down the salmon fishing up and down the west coast. Whoops there is none!!!There is No Bright side that I see. How can there be a Bright side with no Freedom? Can't do-this,Can't do that!! Maybe there is one Bright-side Its call a Revolution. When the "Revolution" finally comes I'll be stacking "city dwellers" like cord wood out front as a warning to the rest!!!

By then it will be too late to worry about "Preserving Access to OUR Public Lands"!!!

Sorry!

I don’t mean to ruin anyone’s day or their fun by posting this stuff.

I just think folks need to know what’s going on and if getting pissed causes the OHV Community to standup, take notice and get involved then I make no apologies for all the bad news I feel compelled to share which might otherwise go unnoticed.

Question Who She Really Works For

It’s not difficult to discover who is lining her pockets!

Check out her response to a letter I sent her about another massive closure she is involved in.

“Dear Mr. XXXXX:

Thank you for writing to express your opposition to the "Northern Rockies Ecosystem Protection Act." I appreciate hearing your thoughts about this legislation, and I welcome the opportunity to respond.

On February 11, 2009, Representative Carolyn Maloney (D-NY) introduced the "Northern Rockies Ecosystem Protection Act" (H.R. 980), which would designate more than 24 million acres of wilderness, wild and scenic rivers, wildland recovery areas and biological corridors on public lands in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Oregon and Washington State. I understand that you are opposed to H.R. 980 because you are concerned that the bill would result in the closure of off-highway vehicle areas and limit recreational opportunities.

Please know that I recognize that driving off-road vehicles is an important recreational opportunity, and I support reasonable access and fair use of our public lands. I will be sure to keep your concerns in mind should H.R. 980, or similar legislation, come before the Senate.

Again, thank you for taking the time to write. If you have any additional questions or comments, please feel free to contact my Washington, D.C. office at (202) 224-3841. Best regards.

Sincerely yours, Dianne Feinstein
United States Senator”

Specifically, take her phrase “wildland recovery areas and biological corridors on public lands” and compare it to the stated goals of the Wildlands Network group . . . What We Do - Wildlands Network - formerly Wildlands Project.

They state that part of their goal . . . “begins with "wildways . . . core protected areas connected to one another by corridors for wildlife, mosaics of public and private lands”.

The verbiage is so close you’d think the Wildlands Network responded to my letter and not Feinstein!!!

Re: California - 1 MILLION MORE Acres of "Wilderness""

Everything is illegal it seems. That would be nice if they would write a book on what we can-do. I bet it would be less than a half page book. Out-Law everything. Humans will still do it, just human nature. Grass has been illegal ever since I can remember, but more popular than ever. When they closed booze down, that did not work either. As with Closing all off road use. That will and is happening, but Human Nature will rule, as always rule, as it always has. We will still all be off road, drinking, smoking, and doing all that we have been doing for a long time. Human-Nature is The Ruler. Not You,Them or I.

Just curious . . . is your position to do absolutely nothing to fight this crap, let human nature rule and just let all these closures take their "human nature" course???

You liberals need to wake up and pay attention to who you vote for. CA. is sinking because of the liberals. If you want to save your state you need to vote these dummies out of office along with the attornies. We have blindly let them take over our country. I am from Nevada, look what we have done to our country. We voted in Harry Reid, what a bunch of dummies in Nevada.

Sorry, I was generalizing. Most of California is liberal and they have ruined your beautiful state. Most of California is hypnotic with the actors that live there and they are liberal. How this lyin cheatin Chicagoin got into our White House I think is because people did not know liberals controled the White House for the last two years of Bush's admin and everybody with the help of our liberal press for blamed him for what was or did happen to us. People are seeing how he, Obamama lied to everybody. We have to take our country back. Keep on keeping on Lyin King, it is people like you that will get America back under control.

I did and still do miss your point.

I guess by riding where it's not allowed you think that is furthering the efforts of groups who are trying to preserve what little access we have left but instead it just gives ammunition to the anti-access crowd and Law Enforcement folks to close areas.

Buy your way out of an infraction or possible misdemeanor with cash for “speeding tickets”, a simple slap on the wrist?

THEY aren't going to put up with mass civil disobedience; they'll simply confiscate your rig and use it to fund their further efforts or to catch the next guy who treads on forbidden territory.

Meanwhile, the rest of we law abiding citizens suffer!!!
