Newbie wants help with race build in Dubai

Hi All,

Im getting back into off road racing after 20 year out of the seat.. I am getting a Polaris RZR 1000 and I will be racing in a desert cross country championship in Dubai. Video Gallery - Emirates Desert Championship

Many of the items i need are straight forward cage, safety gear etc...

But there are so many options for increasing the width 3, 4 & 8inch (I believe)..

Cognate, Madigan, Lonestar.... Im lost for which to choose!! What do you guys use and recommend for desert racing?

What wheels tyres do you recommend for desert?

Going to go for FOX shocks but is 2.5 Podium sufficient or should I go for 3inch?

Would appreciate any tips or do's and don'ts on parts..

If there are any company reading this that want some business for the full list of parts please feel free to get in contact with you recommendation list.

Cheers, Ryan
(can't wait to get racing)

Call or e mail Black Rhino. They just had two cars a first and third at the Baja 500. They are forum vendors. Also there are other forum vendors that build cars and can help you out. I am sure they would love to sell you what you need including spares. Good luck,
