Roll pin replacement

I have a 2011 rzr4 eps and have to replace the center bearing at only 180 miles.also just had to do the control arm bushings.Thanks Polaris.My question is I want to replace the roll pin with a bolt what size of bolt do I need and is a grade 8 bolt fine to use.And as always thanks for all the great info you guys and gals provide.

center bearing of what? trying to learn. what is the purpose of the roll pin near this bearing?

Re: Roll pin replacement

The rzr4 and the xp900 have a 2 piece drive shaft so that requires a bearing in the center to support the two shafts like a carrier bearing in a extra cab truck. The roll pin is used in the front and rear to lock the prop shafts to the splines of the diffs.
