Radiator protection

Does anyone make a replacement part for the plastic piece that is in front of the radiator that is made from metal?

Re: Radiator protection

Perforated Metal, not screen, would be your best choice; unlike screen, rocks and tree limbs won't puncture it. My two-bits..........

Cheers

Re: Radiator protection

The stainless grill is stronger than the plastic one but you still have to consider how it's mounted. For my 2012 snap-in grill it still looked like it could be pushed back into the rad pretty easily by the right branch. I think earlier models actually bolted in, in which case they would be more functional.
