Dealings with Superatv

I ordered a 5'' lift from superatv and it arrived promptly. The kit was missing a z bar so i contacted tyler and he overnighted one to me. The kit is installed and looks awesome, and im completely satisfied with superatv's customer service. Just wanted to let everyone know super atv is committed to customer satisfaction.

Re: Dealings with Superatv

X3...

Recently I broke the latch assy on my SuperATV cargo box. I called SuperATV up and asked if a replacement was available.

Since I broke it, I asked if I could buy one and if they could ship it.

Before I knew it, they were shipping me one for free. It’s not the cost, it’s obviously a inexpensive part but by the time they spent their time with me, supplied the part and paid for shipping, it was 20-30 bucks that it cost them.

It was a nice gesture and companies like SuperATV, Pro Armor, Racertech and many more make me always going back to their companies for parts and service.

I’m very pleased to be involved in a hobby/sport that has so many good vendors.

Thanks guys,

Mark

Re: Dealings with Superatv

I agree with the rest. Not alot of large businesses out there with their kind of support. I also like the fact tyler is active on the forums and reads all the good and bad/real world experience we have dealing with their products and others.

When I phoned in and asked to talk to Tyler he hooked me up with a real good deal, and I didn't even have to ask. I really appreciate when places do that. You can bet I'll order more, also not ashamed to say I have super atv on my rzr!
