Haha...gotta love being the student schooling the teacher. Now as long as they don't give the run around on swapping them out...

Instructions and eveything about these doors were excellant, easy install, good directions, love the slam latches, just really impressed with the fit and quality. Thank you PA !!!

looking good!

Re: Installed my PA Doors yesterday!!

Well I finally have gotten time to post up some pics of my PA Doors...I am just like everyone else that has doors now, "I don't know how I rode so long without them!". They are an awesome addition to the adventure of going out riding. They were a bit of a pain in the butt to get lined up just as all have said, but with a little bit of patience and some foam tape I think I have finally become very happy with my PA doors. I am still having a bit of a loud squeek coming from the latch pin rubbing the latch teeth themselves. The metal to metal rubbing really puts off a high pitch sound haha. Probably a little grease will take care of that issue though.

Re: Installed my PA Doors yesterday!!

^^....The top two pictures may look a little different because within the same day I sold my Makin Trax suspension and put the stock springs back on and then I traded my buddy my soft top for his rear bed extender. Just to save any confusion..

Re: Installed my PA Doors yesterday!!

I have quiet a bit of rattle, but have slowly been isolating the spots by placing sticky sided foam tape in spots that hit. Most of my rattle is in the latch its self...Probably go the Utv Inc. route next time. Happy with my purchase for now though =]

Wrench Re: Installed my PA Doors yesterday!!

To get rid of my latch rattle, I found where the doors hit the frame and added those sticky back pads to the frame. Now the door hits the pads before latching and holds pressure on the latches. On one of my doors (front passenger) there was no where that was close enough to the frame to shim with the sticky back pads, so I just put some shrink tubing over the door latch peg. Nice and tight now.
