Mine has the dent I also had my vent tube clog with mud and sucked my tank shut colapsed it so much I couldn't even put fuel in it when you unscrewed the gas cap the bottom of the tank was sucked all the way to the neck

Comes from the sending unit runs to the drvers side and up into the frame on the drivers side right where your engine cover locks

need some help with this, searched and seen you can pump air into it to get it back to form but where do i hook the air to?

You can keep the gas cap on and put air in it through the vent line...

The return, vent pipe... The other one to the fuel line... You only need to fart at it and it will pop back out...
