Usa Crossposted: PRP GT/SE vs XC comfort?

I have a set of the GT/SE wides in my RZR now but the higher side bolsters make getting in and out a bit difficult for my wife. I have a lower height cage and it makes it a little more work for me to get in myself actually. I have been kicking around selling my GT/SE and buying some XC for that reason. My Click 6 harnesses should work better also. They have to go up and over the side bolster now and the angle on the lap belt isn't optimal.

Has anyone had both and if so which did you prefer? There are no dealers local to Kansas City according to the website so I can't just sit in one. I thought i heard somewhere the GT/SE are more comfy than the XC but can't confirm for myself.

The GT/SE may be slightly wider. Both are comfy suspension seats and very safe.

We sell both and have used both. The GT/SE holds you in a little better, and the XC is easier to get in and out of, and work with stock seat belts. They both come in extra wide which is one inch wider.

My wife loves the XCís, and Iíve always been partial to the GT/SE. I put XCís in my current RZR, and Iíve really grown to like them.

If you like the GT/SEís, youíll love the XCís for the ease of getting in and out.

We have multiple sets in different colors in stock if we can help.

I've got an issue with my XC. The side is bending way outside the RZR. Soni have to bend it back several times. Soon it will break. Emailed PRP with no response. The other one is fine.

They have great customer service. You might pick up the phone and give them a call.

We sold hundreds of XCís and have never heard of an issue like you posted. Sounds like maybe the seat frame broke.

Take a look at the RS model lower sides . I like mine

I've spent most of my money on women, guns, and Harleys. The rest I just wasted.

Re: Crossposted: PRP GT/SE vs XC comfort?

Iím not far from the factory so I went down and sat in both. Ultimately I preferred, and ordered, the GT/S.E.

Yes slightly more difficult getting in and out of but stability once inside felt better with the GTís.

Itís all preference but I spend more time driving than I do entering and exiting the car so comfort while riding was key.

Ultimately you canít go wrong with either. Pick your preference.

Re: Crossposted: PRP GT/SE vs XC comfort?

I went for the XC wide in my 2019 RZR- Had the GT/SE seats before and had same issues ..Reminds me if the seats PRP made for the Jagged X. Holds ya really good but a SOB to get in /out of.

The XC standard may be you good fit- hold ya a little tighter and easier to get into, but the 1" wider XC sure made a big difference..

Your shifter looks like it might be a pain to get ahold of with those seats that close. My GT/SE seats are the wide bodies and there is more room between them for the shifter. According to PRP website the GT/SE and XC are the same width though?
