All,
Does the front engage while trying to back up a very steep dead end in low 4 wd. Didn’t appear to me that it did. But I was a bit puckered up.

Thanks Don’t like going up a cliff backwards. Also a harness is useless going backwards . Just saying

Shouldn't be much different than front wards, except you can't see very good. Lol. Traction should be pretty much the same.

Don’t know. Haven’t been in that predicament before. Back wheels were slipping on the rocks leaving parts of my tires on the rock. Didn’t seem the front was helping .

For sure have 4WD in Forward?
I would suspect the roll pin sheared. There isn't much to the system, either the srpague grenaded, roll pin sheared or the armature teeth are twisted
