Two battery setups.

Hello, I recently purchased an 08 RZR 800 with two batteries and an isolator between them. My question is should both batteries be grounded to frame or would this create a "multi point" grounding problem? Thanks.

Re: Two battery setups.

My second battery ground is tied to my first (main) battery ground lug. No issues with this set up.

Re: Two battery setups.

The text book method would be to have both batteries grounded at the same spot on the frame. Will you ever see a difference if each is grounded at a sep location on the frame, (creating a ground loop) or wired as above....I doubt it.
