first post looking for help with, known problems/recalls and weak spots to check for? rzr800s

i thought this might get more traffic hear then in the dedicated 800s forum. if this is not alright with the mods please move it.... So anyhow. i am looking at buying a 2014 800s eps with 2400 miles on it that has been rolled. i am going to go back and look it over better before i buy it and was wondering what thing's to look for besides front diff noise, when driving. the a arm mounts. it has a small rattle/knock on cold start but goes away after 5-10 seconds, cam chain tension? do these have rear diff issues? any tell tail signs of transmission issues?
thanks for any help and advice

How hard was it rolled? Stand away from it and look down the side. See if any tires are leaned in at the top. Check for Ill fitting plastics, check gaps between seats and roll cage.
The rattle is the timing chain tensioner. Buy the alba racing one.

I personally would not buy anything rolled. It could end up being a safety issue for you and your passenger.

If you do buy this rzr first repair item should be the rear differential pinion nut replaced with a all steel nut rather then the nyloc nut
Also do your home work and do some reading in the rzr 800 section

im not to worried about the cage as i have all thing needed to do a full cage. jd2 bender, notcher, tig, and kinda planed on doing my take on a gilbert designs low rider cage but in a six point eventual if i buy it out of cold drawn seamless, (the stuff rally car cages are maid out of)... i understand the front clip where it comes off the box frame is not the best and bends easy along with the ears for the front a arms. , how is the build quailty of the kits for re cliping it? worth doing a 1000 front diff upgrade?
