DE Door Help

So I read several posts on here, checked out all of the pics, and went with DE. The doors delivered today. Seem to be great quality and look awesome. I installed one and finally managed to get the latch and everything to line up right. My only concern is the opening at the bottom front. Seems huge. Is everyone else's like this? Am I doing something wrong??

Wow. Is this the front bottom corner? Wondering if I am doing something wrong or just have a door with an issue. I haven't put on the other side yet. Wanted to figure this one out first.

Any tricks you found when putting yours on? Thanks

Re: DE Door Help

On the middle bracket for the doors, did you install it inboard or outboard of the factory mounting tab? Its hard to see in the instructions but they go outboard (towards the outside of the rzr, not towards the interior). I originally installed mine inboard and had the same issue.

Thanks. When I first started to put them in, I had them on the inside and switched it. Had a hell of a time getting them to latch. Finally got that to work great, then noticed the big gap.

Re: DE Door Help

Spent some time on it today. Got it a lot closer. Still seems off a bit, but I feel a lot better about it than before.

Passenger side fits like a glove!

Thanks for the help
