I can't get over 45 mph, I still have a lot of peddle left, It sounds like it's hitting the rev limiter

I changed both clutches, new belt, fuel pump, plugs, plug wires. I'm tired of spending money on this and spinning my wheels, has anybody ever had this problem and fixed it? any help would be great.

Sounds like you've addressed the engine related symptoms like the fuel pump, compression etc. If this is a clutch related issue then you need to go heavier on your flyweights or softer on the primary spring. The 2008's also had a spacer in the primary to limit it - is this still there or has it been taken out?

What RPM does it engage at? What RPM does it hit (6500)? What flyweights are in the primary (should be stamped on them)? What spring do you have (color if stock)? Do you have an aftermarket clutch kit? Size of tires etc? Engine mods?
