Wrench Front differntial rebuild

Hello all new to the forums, have a question about 2015 RZR1000 front differential. Had a lot of play in the front axles (2100 miles). Been reading a lot in the forums about the plastic Sprague carrier and decided to replace with aluminum Sprague, also new output hub assembly, rhino axles and seals. Problem im having after rebuild is when in four wheel drive and turn left or right I get a vibration, also a dull noise not a grind but a low growl, going straight is fine. Before rebuild, stock axles, plastic Sprague no noise!! Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem after rebuilding front differential?

Replaced:

3235622 Polaris Front Hub assembly
3235625 (ARC-1-33-003-k) Sprague carrier super atv
rzr 1000-stock length axles Rhino super atv

Re: Front differntial rebuild

Bump bump, any suggestions? Talked to super atv no suggestions.. They (super atv) asked if there were shims in the differential, no shims.. Heading to Black MT. in a week, Hope its ok lol!! Love the ride and the performance of the razor awesome machine, when its not on jack stands!! Just sick of the quality of the wheel bearings, bushings, front differential, timing chain tensioner, slop in the cv splines etc etc!!! MADE IN AMERICA LOL!! Sorry ranting a little bit lol!! Cant wait for HONDA to come out with a REAL MACHINE!!

Re: Front differntial rebuild

Nothing against Super Atv or any other after market company trying to make the razor reliable... Just very disappointed in the reliability of the razor.. You and I spend 20,000 on a side by side 5,000 in extras.. After a couple hundred miles it starts nickeling and dimeing you.. Then after a couple of thousand hold on to you're ass... Polaris is supposedly the industries leader in the side by side market.. If this is the case POLARIS, work on the reliability before reaching the next mile stone with can-am...
